      Just remember when you do your push-ups, to keep your elbows as close as possible to your body. That way your hands are in the right position, too, with the middle finger pointing straight up (or to 12 if your hand was a clock). And if you aim to have whatever you're leaning on coming to your chest when you go down, your position should be pretty good. You've got this.

        Yesterday was hectic. By the time I got the chance to properly exercise, I was so tired. Mentally, I’m feeling a lot livelier. Physically, my leg is still sore and I just feel tired all the time.

        Took a small break from bike riding. We’re going to be trying a “new” route tomorrow. It’s the same route, but we’ll start it the opposite way. The way we’ve been going, one street is uphill and the little stretch before we turn down that street is uphill. It’s hard on mom, so we’re trying to eliminate as much as we can.

        Level 20, so reward! Will be redeemed either Monday or Tuesday. I think I’m going to start giving myself some kind of reward every 5 levels now, since it gets harder every 5 levels

                The “new” route worked for mom, so that should be the way we go from now on.

                My leg is feeling so much better. It’s just down in my ankle and foot now. I should be able to resume exercising soon.

                The night after I got my new mat, I realized that my yoga blocks kind of match it. They’re blue marble, too, but it’s a brighter blue. I’ll probably post a picture later.

                My reward: I listened to tracks 21-26 on Taylor Swift’s re-recorded Fearless album. Eventually I’ll listen to the whole thing, but I wanted to hear the previously unreleased ones. Though, I did hear the studio demo of We Were Happy before. And I heard Bye Bye Baby before when it was named differently and had other lyrics. It kind of threw me off a little bit. I thought about diving into evermore, but didn’t want to spend that much time. Then I wasted time watching art videos on YouTube. My logic. I really need to put a limit on that...

                              That mat is beautiful! I'd find it very easy to hold child's pose and meditate with it. Love that the blocks match! Was it maybe a subconscious decision?
