      My cousin came over to help dad with his truck, which means the dogs went crazy. All the barking! Finally, we got everybody to quiet down, except for Ringo. By that time, I’d gotten a headache and even though I took my breakthrough meds for it, it stayed with me all day. When I finally had a chance to exercise, I just didn’t feel up to it.

      I think since all my challenges are pretty rough on the arms, I’m going to make a few days “rest” days from the challenges. I’m thinking Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and possibly Saturdays. That will give me some time to rest in between, and my arms will still get some work on the off days.

            I had to cut my workout short yesterday. I was barely into the first video on the Blogilates calendar when I felt weird. The workout was HARD, and I’m not talking about the intensity or the difficulty of it. I felt worn out. I pushed myself to finish the video, decided not to do the second, and swapped that days 20+ minute yoga practice for a shorter one. But! More progress! The ease of the roll ups on Friday were great, but this is a move that I have a history with. I’ve had to use my ab arch to be able to do it without straining my neck and eventually I could do it without the ab arch. I’d cycle through being able to do it without the ab arch and not being able to. Being able to do star abs with relative ease? Actually touching my knee to my elbow in yoga? Holding a full side plank for abot 3 seconds on each side? Guys!

            There’s no progress in my ability to do push ups, but I haven’t regressed either.

            I also completely forgot about the wall push ups in my journey to push ups challenge and the power grip challenge.

                  The dogs are being incredibly difficult at night. My cat, Gator, is a cuddly one, and he’ll jump on the bed with us and meow, announcing himself. This starts Fonzie and Rolo barking at him. I can usually get Rolo to settle down, but Fonzie will. Not. Quit. And of course Gator keeps meowing at me because he won’t get close enough for me to pet him, which starts the cycle all over again. I asked Gator if he could please stop meowing so they would quit barking and he dramatically flops down, rolls over, and mouths a meow. These kids.

                        Somebodys (these animals) need to learn how to speak proper English! Meanwhile, they all get to nap during the day, while you’re just screwed for sleep and tired all day I do hope it improves for you.

                            A couple of years ago, my sister bought my mom a moon lamp for Christmas. My ball obsessed pug, who has been battling his addiction since he was a little pupper, finally noticed it yesterday. He was loud.

                            I had plans. They did not happen. I felt off and couldn’t bring myself to do much of anything. I fell down the art YouTube rabbit hole. I ended up attempting to draw Piglet (he’s my favorite Winnie the Pooh character. Go figure). He’s not too horrible, but his head is too big and chunky. Oh, well. As the day went on I just felt blah. To be honest, I’m not feeling that great today, so we shall see what all gets accomplished.

                            Also, how the heck did I mess up on my heart points?! I didn’t reach 150 yet! Now I just have to remember not to count it when I actually do reach it.
