    No bike ride, because it was raining and lightning (thunderbolt and lightning very very frightening me!) *cough* Ahem. Anyway, if it wasn’t for the lightning, we probably would have gone.

    Fonzie was a terrible terror yesterday. He was grabbing the other dogs by their legs even after getting in trouble for it. He even terrorized my brother’s dog. Mind you, Fonzie is the littlest dog in the house and my brother’s dog is barely smaller than my pug. He literally looks like a fat, burnt corn dog on legs and he was so afraid of Fonzie who weighs next to nothing that we had trouble getting him to go outside. Fonzie was like this all day. I love this child to pieces, but gosh. I swear, we don’t have dogs or cats, we have toddlers.

    I don’t know what it is about Sundays, but I started feeling bad again. At the time, I thought it was because all I’d had that Day was a small breakfast, some coffee, and one Oreo. So I made me some lunch, and I still felt bad. Felt a little bit better later on, and I was going to exercise after dinner, but then the feeling came back. Not as bad as last Sunday, but I didn’t want to risk it. I managed to get my tricep dips challenge and my wall pushups in before everything hit. I’m going to be so thrown off, but I’m reminding myself that the goal isn’t really to finish the challenges. The goal is to get closer to doing a push up.

      We watched Bohemian Rhapsody last night, so that definitely brought a smile to my face!

      Liam has days when he's just a menace, too. Maybe it's the phase of the moon?

      Have you considered just taking Sundays off? Have it be just a calm, relaxing day?

        JCU Bohemian Rhapsody was free to watch a while back. I started to watch it, but my attention was shot. I probably missed my chance . I’ll have to check again.

        I might have to. I think I’ll try to do the calendar as is again this week, and if it happens again on Sunday, I’ll make that my rest day instead of Friday. Of course, if I switch Friday and Sunday, and I feel that way on Friday’s, then I am officially allergic to abs .

          Sunday is the Sabbath; you should definitely try to take it off of exercise! I like to schedule it OFF, and use it if needed for a make up day…

              I think it’s the heat! I think this freaking oppressive heat is what’s causing me to feel like crap!

              When we got back from riding, I took the dogs out and took advantage of the still cool air to do quick bursts of running, high knees, and butt kicks while waiting for them to do their business. I didn’t get as winded as I expected, but high knees and butt kicks still made my legs tired. Also, my shins hurt when running. I’ll have to work on form if I want to do more of that.

              Fonzie was a terrible terror again yesterday morning. Ornery little turkey buzzard.
