          Baryl Most of my family is unfortunately on that side. I can’t stand it. It’s not so much the political differences, but just the specific person they are for. I try to avoid these conversations as much as possible because they are not good for my anxiety. As for Facebook, I haven’t been on much since 2016. I was never very active on it to begin with, but now it’s pretty much just used as a family tree tool. Even that has to be done in moderation. I was even considering getting my pictures and friends’ contact information off there and just deleting my account. Until January, when one of my cousins said she wasn’t going to post on there very much because of it “limiting free speech”. From what I can tell from my mom’s usage (she uses my dad’s account to check in on her nieces and nephews, but doesn’t post or anything like that) she’s still posting pretty regularly. But I didn’t want it to seem like I was protesting their banning of a certain individual.

              JCU I have an aunt who calls my mom pretty regularly, and sometimes (not very often) it leads to a small argument because she likes to push conspiracy theories and lies. Mom’s a lot nicer than me. I’ve told her that if I was on the receiving end of the phone call, I would just be hanging up on her a lot. Not the politest thing to do, but I guess it would be better than me snapping on the phone. Good thing I’m never in that position .

              And I’m feeling much better today, thanks!

                              You do a ton of stuff each day! I'm rather intrigued by The Blogilates Flat Abs Challenge. May give that a whirl! I was actually just looking for something more substantial to couple with the Back-and-Core program on here.

                              A good friend of mine's favorite quote is "Never argue with fools. They drag you down to their level and beat you with experience." Not sure where he got it, but it does have a certain wisdom lol

                                Ninshubur Thank you! The 30 Day Flat Abs Challenge that’s on her website (Blogilates.com) is different than the one I’m doing. I’m doing the one that she had on there previously. A quick google image search should bring it up. I’ll be doing the other version sometime this year.
