                        Do you think FaceBook triggered the anxiety attack? That is not unusual from what I’ve read/heard. Many folks I know have had to nix it from their lives due to that…. Also, meeting up with people after so long a time NOT meeting up is a huge anxiety trigger for me, since I loathe socializing, anyway

                          DorothyMH I think it might have had something to do with it. I’ve pretty much given Facebook up since 2016. The only reason I use it now is for family tree purposes. But since most of my family seems to adore a certain person, most of their posts have to do with that. I try to ignore it all but sometimes I can’t, and I get really frustrated with it.
                          And I’ve never been a socializer, either.
