What product are you using for the sink? I have to wear a mask and eye protection when using bleach (allergy), and am always looking for good, chlorine free products. I hope it goes well for you!

Oh, also, a lot of products use hydrogen peroxide instead of chlorine. That may be what you're smelling.

JCU I bought CLR Mold & Mildew Clear. It was the only mold and mildew product that said bleach-free. I’m very happy with it. It’s removed the majority of the crap that’s been in our sink and shower since we moved in that no other product seemed able to tackle. It didn’t smell like bleach when I used it in the sink, so I guess I only have to worry about that when cleaning the shower. I didn’t get the fuzzy feeling in my head when I smelled it in the shower, which is what usually happens when I smell bleach. Hopefully, prolonged exposure to it won’t mess with my head when it’s my turn to clean .

Awesome! So glad it's not upsetting you! I'll definitely check it out. Thanks!

I did a 23andMe test and got my results back in December. My plan was always to do both 23andMe and Ancestry. My siblings did 23andMe and my parents did Ancestry. I have access to my parents accounts, but not my siblings, so I did 23andMe first. I love the fact that it tests for haplogroups (because of people who’ve tested, I actually got the haplogroups of all four of my grandparents) and it’s the only test we’ve taken so far that showed regions within our results. It’s just not that great when it comes to family tree building. But I found a way to sort through them using Ancestry trees, so there’s a new project! It’s just sorting through my 1,500 DNA matches... and then I’ll have more to go through when my Ancestry DNA results come in.

I also created the maximum amount of tags on Ancestry, so I’m going to have to delete some and go back to my original tagging method I used on 5e first tree I ever made: emojis. It’s literally the only time I use these things because I actually hate them. So. Much.

Cleaned the bathroom sink and toilet, and rearranged my bathroom cabinet to fit all my shampoos in there. We got a lot of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash gift sets around Christmas a couple years ago. I’m the kind of person who likes to keep stocked up, so my cabinet is FULL. Mom also gave me a shampoo and conditioner that she wanted me to try but I had no room for before, but now I do! I also attempted to fix a shelf that’s kind of collapsing. I’ll have to bring it downstairs one day where I have more room to work on it. And in the midst of all that, I almost forgot to vacuum and mop the floors. But I got that finished, too.

Another hectic day. Mom ordered a bike, and we’re going to go for a ride once mine is fixed and the weather cools down a little. It arrived yesterday. My dad and I tried to put it together. It was an anxiety attack and a half. The instructions weren’t very good. We got most of it put together, but we’re going to have to take it to a bike shop to get the brake done. Dad also said that he’d like to get one, so mom will probably order him one soon. She did say that if he gets one, we’re havig someone else put it together .

My nephew got his first shot the other day! His dad wasn’t sure about it because he said something about hearing that kids didn’t do too well with it. But my sister works in the pharmacy and has seen enough kids get it that she wasn’t worried about it. She gave my nephew the choice and he decided to. He said it didn’t hurt at all and sis said he hasn’t had any issues with it. Both my sister and brother-in-law are fully vaccinated and soon my nephew will be, too!

Yay for new bikes and vaccinations!

What bike did your mom get? My dad is looking into getting a new one.

JCU She got an adult tricycle, really. She said at her age, she didn’t want to try to get on a regular bike and take a chance of hurting herself. She got it from Ginny’s. https://www.ginnys.com/p/adult-tricy...eation#start=1

JCU Youre welcome! I’m not sure how the ordering process would work there, because I believe my mom has an account through there. I’m not sure if that’s needed. And, if you do end up with it, I apologize in advance for the assembly process.
