All right, I am giving in to my curiosity. What on earth do you do on a vibration machine? I looked them up to find out what one was, and I just wondered how you worked it. Do you sit on it, stand on it, move on it, or what?

I tried to look up exercises to do on it. I did try some abs exercises on it that involved sitting, but I quickly learned that with my migraines, it was best not to have my head so close to the machine. I’ve done lunges on them and even tried to do some yoga on it. But mostly I just stand on it with some weights. If I make small adjustments to how I’m standing, i feel it working more in different areas. So I’ll bend my knees slightly, do some squats, twist to each side, do some side bends, hold my arms up, and things like that.
