    I wish I had something helpful to contribute but anxiety attacks is something I never actively got out of. I just waited for them to end.

      Gandhalfit Sometimes I can kind of feel them coming on, and I have the urge to clean and sometimes during that I’m able to stop the thoughts. Other times I get angry but can’t get past the anger and the thoughts come. Other times it just happens so suddenly, I don’t have time to react and the thoughts strike again. Pretty much once the thoughts are there all I can do is try (and fail) to control my breathing and calm down. So I’m hoping that finding some exercises that will help me get my anger out might help prevent those lovely little vampiric thoughts .

        Yeah, that's pretty much how it is. If I can manage I do combat cardio and that's pretty good in terms of preventing it. But like you said, sometimes it takes a while and intensifies and then I don't feel like doing anything...

                I have been so tired this last week, and sometimes I just do not have energy for anything. The Brave Today Workout kicked my butt, even though I really needed it. I had no energy yesterday and didn’t do any of my challenges. At least I did more than my minimum active minutes goal. Barely, but it still counts ​​​​​​​.

                    Within the Walls is finally starting to get real interesting!

                    Another day with no challenge progress made and barely reaching my minimum active minutes goal. I’m sooo tempted to just give up on the challenges and try to restart my yoga practice while I’m dealing with this fatigue. I just don’t know if I’d even have the energy for that.

                        It’s going to be a busy, frustrating day today. I think I’m going to go through my Habitica sometime soon to tidy things up and reframe some goals. It helped me a lot when I first got it, but I kind of fell off of it. But I need to do something. I've got to get out of this slump.

                            Went to make some coffee with some Cocoa Pebbles creamer. I shook it up and it went everywhere. Turns out the lid was broken. Super fun morning .

                                Gandhalfit It was cracked straight up the side and up around the spout. Every time I touched it, even just barely, to clean it more would come out. I had my aunt drink one of her sodas so I could use the bottle.
