                        I have been so restless and irritable. I did the Brave Today Workout to try to feel better. It worked! I think I need to do these types of exercises more often. I get so frustrated with everyone and everything, and sometimes that actually triggers an anxiety attack because things keep running through my mind. So this would hopefully be a good outlet for that. I’m really feeling it today, though.
