I had full intentions of following the Blogilates calendar yesterday. But my legs were so sore, and I couldn’t imagine doing more squats than what’s on the Squat Challenge. Maybe it’s best for me to build a habit of movement other than just walking before I start following the calendar again. Especially since I’ve lost whatever strength I gained.
I unofficially participated in NaNoWriMo in 2019. I wrote a lot but got writers block. I’d been in a creative rut since then. I was doing pretty well this year. I focused more on writing whatever (short stories and poems) than my actual projects (though I’ve had ideas that might turn into a project later) for the time being so I could exercise my creative muscle. I didn’t write every day, but I did write more days than not. But I hit a writing and reading rut last month, which is why I’m deciding to log those here, too. I’m currently taking a poetry course on Coursera and I’ve picked out other courses on there and on other sites to take when I’m done. I’ve had to reset my deadlines on it once and I’ll have to do it again. I can’t work that fast
! It’s going to take me a lot longer anyway because I’m pretty sure I’m going to get Ancestry DNA so working on my family tree will take up more time than usual...
