Getting my steps in again has been bothering my knee a little, so even though I don’t like starting challenges in the middle (or end) of a month, I decided to redo the Calves of Steel Challenge and add the Squats Challenge. Thought I’d throw in extra balance training by doing squats on the hedgehog pods. It was a lot harder than I anticipated!
My balance is a lot better than I thought it would be after all this time, but Extended Hand-To-Big-Toe Pose was hard. Modified with my toes touching the wall. And Monkey Pose was a no go. Ended up being Half Splits Pose. I will eventually start working on flexibility again.

Swept and mopped the floors. My legs were still sore from exercising the day before (forgot how that feels) and I was too tired to mess with anything else.
