                        Last week was not a good week for me in any sense, so I’m starting over. We’re currently going through a “big freeze” right now, which means everyone is home, so that’s fun.

                              I was thinking of you last time I did a Home Front workout from Zombies, Run! It's a free download, and there are some exercises interspersed between periods of dancing to music (or whatever else you'd like to do). Sometimes I do it when folding the washing (though I pause the folding if I have to do a plank!), and sometimes when cooking dinner, and sometimes just while roaming the house, tidying up. The dancing gets me moving differently, the story is interesting (and makes folding washing more enjoyable!), and the bits of exercise (generally three or four types, such as punches, sit-ups, push-ups, squats, stuff like that). Sorry if you already know about this, but from what you've previously written, I thought this might be attractive to you, especially as you get to dance.
