                  Amirsh I noticed a while back that I had stopped eating around mid-afternoon and was kind of interested in finding a tracker to see about how long I went without eating. I found the app Zero, and Circadian Rhythm Fasting was listed on there. I’d never heard of it before then. The little description says, “this time-restricted feeding fast emulates the body’s natural clock by fasting roughly after sunset until morning.” There’s a night eating feature on that, which is supposed to encourage fasting during nighttime hours and eating during daylight hours. I just felt that made more sense to me, personally, and felt more obtainable. I’m not super strict about getting the 13 hours, but I haven’t logged any night eating hours since I’ve started it. I figure as long as I keep that up (knowing that there might be times that I’ll break that streak if I’m traveling or something similar) then I’m good.

                        I lost over two pounds, an inch off my arm, and half an inch off my neck, but gained an inch on my thigh. My workouts weren’t much more intense than stretching, so the only thing really different this week is that I drank oat milk 6 out of 7 days.

                        I don't know how many reps I did of each move, but I didn’t feel my abs. I also did them without dumbbells. I know I could have gone longer, but I almost forgot to do anything at all and it was getting late.

                                August Reflections
                                I’m disappointed with my progress in August. Had setbacks and didn’t complete my challenges. But things happen.

                                September Intentions
                                I’m going to restart my challenges this month. Hopefully I’ll actually finish them this time . It is going to be a little difficult for a few days because my aunt and cousins will be visiting sometime this month, So we shall see.
