              A weight fluctuation of 2 kg / 5 pounds is very very normal. If I haven’t slept well for a few nights, my body retains a lot of water and the scale shows up to 3 kg extra. And there’s a lot of other factors that can cause fluctuations. Like gaining muscle.

              LizardFriend95 you’re doing well! Love to read your log and keep up the good work!

              Now I’m off for my second cup of coffee. Rather large cup, at least 300 grams (water+instant coffee, I’m a coffee barbarian).

                Hiraelle I’ve had periods where I’ve gained weight and lost inches, just never the inches staying the same. And it was a pretty bad week food-wise. Lots of restaurant food and I ended up having two sodas as well. But I’m not really a person who looks at the scale as a be all end all (just thought the smiley was funny). I just like to see the progress over time.

                  AnnieW Thank you. I’ve been in kind of a rut recently. I haven’t done more than stretches, my stomach has been acting up off and on, and I ate too much restaurant food, so I definitely expected the numbers to reflect that. Doesn’t bother me, though.

                    I’ve been counting intentional movement as exercise. As long as I follow along to a video or one of the workouts on here, regardless if it’s just stretching, I’m counting it as a consecutive day. It’s more than what I typically do when I get in a rut, anyways, so as long as I do a little something, I’m good.

                    I’m using the remainder of this month to ease myself back into more active workouts, and then I’ll restart my challenges. Gotta work towards those push ups!

                    I really felt those squats. It was so much harder than I anticipated. My legs are so weak now...

                    But I finished my diamond painting!
