    Here's a crown for coming up with crowns and motivating yourself. Cool idea with the level up. I might borrow it later as I haven't decided to do with my stars just yet. I think I might be to lazy to track my stars though

      CODawn JCU Baryl Thank you all (and for the crown)! I haven’t figured out some rewards for reaching level “milestones” yet. I’ve been thinking about making badges when I complete challenges, so I’ll probably do that for the levels as well. But beyond that, I’m still looking.

      I hope I don’t get too lazy to do it! My biggest problem is I get really motivated at the start of something, and then it just fizzles out. We shall see!

        making exercise a game is a brilliant idea- as a reward, i too give you a crown But seriously if it helps motivation, then i say go for it! And there is so much you can do with it- make programs into "skill trees", split circuits into "battle rounds" and etc Have a fine day

              I haven’t figured out some rewards for reaching level “milestones” yet.
              How about something sweet (like ice cream / chocolate), a cheat day or maybe some kind of treat (a trip or something). If you are getting 10 a day you might space it out to where maybe somewhere between 50 and 100 gets you a treat, between 300 to 400 gets you a cheat day and then maybe 1000 gets you a trip. Just some thoughts.

                I intended to do more, but I started to feel a little sick. I wasn’t hungry around the time I worked out, and I made the mistake of not grabbing a small snack. Serves me right .

                I didn’t really expect to earn so many crowns per day, so I might go back and adjust the higher levels. I picked out 4 rewards (listening to an album, watching YouTube videos, coloring, and dyeing my hair) but I might change or add more later. The first two I don’t do that often, but tend to waste time on when I do. Coloring I hardly do, but I have a lot of adult coloring books (does anybody else feel weird saying that? Or is it just me and my dirty mind? Okay, great.) and that would count towards meditation. Looking up rewards and meditation was one, but if that’s something I’m trying to build a habit of, I don’t see how that would be a reward. Coloring would be different enough that it shouldn’t matter much. And I hardly dye my hair anymore, but I want to do crazy colors again. Now I just have to figure out which levels I’ll earn rewards for.

                  I use an adult coloring journal….it’s very helpful and meditative, I find.

                          I’ve adjusted my levels. The points needed for each will increase by 5 every five levels, so it should present enough of s challenge . I’m still debating on how many bonus points for streaks and completing challenges and programs, but it will most likely be 5. (I really like the number 5! ). I also looked through some of my coloring books and I as reminding why I don’t do them often. All those little spaces! It will still be a nice meditative reward, though.

                          Didn’t do my challenges yesterday. I was so tired and felt like I could crash during the day. I had no energy, and by the time I laid down to go to sleep, I felt a little sick.

                          Read an article this morning about the five types of fitness training you need, and decided to add those in to my goals. Though I’m not liking the examples that were given for agility and coordination, all those high knees and jumping moves. Would dance count for that? That’s coordination, right?

                          Something that’s become kind of my mantra these past few days (that popped into my head when I was looking at all the pretty symbol options ) is balance. As weird as it may sound, all my little symbol things remind me of it. (I mean, that’s why I chose them, but looking at it them reminds me. I’m a Gemini, so I guess I need it ). Anyway, whenever I don’t achieve as much as I wanted to or anything that can throw me off, I just think balance. It’s all about finding the balance. I haven’t found mine yet, but it’s a journey, and one that will never be completed.

                              I think that is a life-long process and a goal we should all have. That is why I like yoga so much. It’s a very good physical example/metaphor of how we will get there mentally/emotionally. The actual balancing part is essential for preparing us for aging gracefully
