I completed the Legs of Steel Challenge last month.

    Today:
    ♡ Balance Board (10 minutes)
    ♡ Vitality Program Day 1 (3 sets)
♡ Blogilates 30 Day Flat Abs Challenge Day 1 (5 roll ups, 5 ankle reaches, and 5 leg lifts)
♡ 4 Weeks to Push Ups Challenge Day 1 (10 dumbbell rows, 10 incline push ups, 20 second elbow plank, repeated three times each)
♡ 30 Days of Yoga Program Day 1
♡ Blogilates Journey to the Splits Day 1

Wow! You do so much in one day, that's impressive. I hope one day I can build up to doing that much - I'm trying to start small or else I think I'll lose focus/motivation.

I also really like those hearts for the bullet points - cuuuute!

      Haha, thanks
It seems like a lot when I write it out, but it was pretty low impact today. It will likely get harder as the days pass. I used to do a lot more in one day, but I got out of practice, and every time I would try to do that again, I’d burn out. So I also had to start small. My problem is that I usually have so much motivation at the start of a month, but then I lose it towards the middle.

“Well we all shine on like the moon and the stars and the sun.”
Got to hear on of my favorite songs from one of my favorite singers today, which helped brighten my mood.

            Yesterday:
♡ Punches and Squats Challenge Day 1 (completely forgot to say this)
            ♡ 8,533 steps
            ♡ 119 total active minutes

            Today:
♡ Workout of the Day: Forearms and Triceps Light (3 sets)
♡ Punches and Squats Challenge Day 2
            ♡ Vitality Program Day 2 (3 sets)
♡ Blogilates 30 Day Flat Abs Challenge Day 2 (6 roll ups, 6 ankle reaches, and 6 leg lifts)
            ♡ Ballet Burn on FitOn
♡ Lower Body Stretch on FitOn
♡ 30 Days of Yoga Program Day 2
♡ Blogilates Journey to the Splits Day 2

Today was the first time I ever did a barre workout, and I expected more standing exercises. I had to skip some of the floor ones because I didn’t have the space to do them, but I still ended up with a 14 minute workout there. I’m pretty sure I’m going to feel it in my legs tomorrow.

I’m definitely not looking forward to the dumbbell rows and incline pushups I’ll have to do tomorrow, either, but that’s tomorrows problem.

              ♡ 7,687 steps
              ♡ 136 total active minutes

              June 3, 2020:
♡ Punches and Squats Challenge Day 3
♡ 4 Weeks to Push Ups Challenge Day 2
♡ Blogilates 30 Day Flat Abs Challenge Day 3 (7 roll ups, 7 ankle reaches, and 7 leg lifts)
♡ Daily Dare (30 Boat Folds)
              ♡ 7,125 steps
              ♡ 80 total active minutes

Day 2 of my 4 Weeks to Push Up Challenge was the same as the first (10 reps of dumbbell rows, 10 incline push ups, and 20 second elbow plank, all repeated three times each) except on the second set I increased the number of dumbbell rows to 12, and increased it to 15 on the third set. I only have to perform the dumbbell rows four more days in this challenge, and I will probably continue to increase them.

I completed the Daily Dare without extra credit. I have no core strength, and I really struggled with it.

I had to skip day 3 of both the Vitality program and Blogilates Journey to the Splits Challenge because I was feeling really nauseous. Hopefully I can catch up today.

                June 4, 2020:
♡ Punches and Squats Challenge Day 4
                ♡ Vitality Program Day 3 (5 sets)
                ♡ Vitality Program Day 4 (7 sets)
♡ Blogilates 30 Day Flat Abs Challenge Day 4 (8 roll ups, 8 ankle reaches, and 8 leg lifts)
♡ 30 Days of Yoga Day 4 (5 minutes meditation using a breathing timer)
                ♡ 2,559 steps
                ♡ 44 total active minutes

I felt a little bit better, but I still felt a little nauseous throughout the day. I went easy and tried to catch up on the Vitality Program, and since it wasn’t hard, I was able to complete all the sets without any issues. I felt well enough to do day 4 of Punches and Squats, and the 30 Day Flat Abs Challenge as well.

This was my first experience meditating without guidance. I lose focus easily, and thought using the breathing timer on Stop Breathe Think (which I guess is called My Life now) would help me to actually focus on my breath.

                June 5, 2020:
                ♡ Vitality Program Day 5 (3 sets)
♡ Punches and Squats Challenge Day 5
♡ Blogilates 30 Day Flat Abs Challenge Day 5 (9 roll ups, 9 ankle reaches, and 9 leg lifts)
                ♡ 2,043 steps
                ♡ 27 total active minutes

I still felt off today. I was only able to make it through 3 sets of today’s Vitality Program (the W extensions were more exhausting than they needed to be). I was able to do the Punches and Squats and 30 Day Flat Abs challenges without any issue. I’ve been holding off on my 30 Days of Yoga Challenge and Journey to the Splits Challenge for now, because I don’t want to do inversions at the moment.

I’m starting to feel back to normal.

I somehow manage to lose almost a pound this week. My weight has been fluctuating pretty bad recently, though, so I might gain it back next week.

I got a headache this morning (oh, the joy of migraines). But I got rid of it relatively quickly, and was able to exercise today.

I decided to give up on my Journey to the Splits and 30 Days of Yoga challenges this month. I’ll probably pick them up again next month. For now, I’ll do other flexibility and yoga exercises (hopefully).

I accidentally added an extra punch on today’s Punches and Squats Challenge, so I had to throw an extra one in to keep it even.

I let the day get away from me today. I managed to get my little exercises in at the last minute. I need to work on getting my steps in though. I don’t really enjoy seeing a number THAT low.
