Just Finished the Baseline program. I like to reset and evaluate with the Baseline after doing other programs, works great during PT and recuperation. Awesome. Easy to do,little to no impact on the body. DareBees Rock.
Yes it's mostly that I have something to do every day before I recover and get better at things like squats.
The exercises fit with my fitness level, or they work as stretches, and one or two of them are actually what I am assigned to do by the physio. I am doing other stuff, too.
It's a program that is also designed to improve my overall fitness, so yeah.
