            20 days in sooo glad today started the week with Stretch day. Can feel the burn twitches flex and endurance tested thru the 90 days of Action program.

                    Steady as we go. Day 34 and low back did not agree. Took a few days to recover and rest. Continue the Journey and keep moving forward.

                            Whew been a exciting month of ups and downs. It will happen. Pay attention to your body. The body will let you know if today is the right day for exercise or if you should take a break and wait...Go for a walk instead.Might be the best exercise you really needed. Stay strong Darebees.

                              Dadalo The program worked great. Found some sticking points to work on. Some heat waves, wildfires,couple tremors. Typical out here on the West coast lol. Hope this finds all is well. Have a Great week.
