    Cloudy Log

    I start my first program on Monday. I'm going with Foundation because I have not worked out since I quit the track team two years ago. Quarantine's got me feeling really lazy, and I realized after 10 weeks of being inside that I need something to get myself on a schedule. I also wouldn't mind losing some weight. I think I've been eating a bit too much mac & cheese with not enough movement these past few months. Let's see how this goes.
