    Badge day! That’s great!

    You’ve been working incredibly hard to get back on your feet. How is it for you now, looking back on those two months?

      Well AnnieW, surgery was the end of February and I started PT soon after. Then everything shut down, but I got exercise and resistance band information before the shutdown. As I started to improve, I began to look around for more that was safe for me to do. I'm so thankful to have stumbled upon Darebee. The doctors think I have made great progress and they are letting me go back to work on August 3. Of course, I'll still be home and keeping my routine. These last two months have been a godsend.

              Congrats on the treadmill. The program you picked is a nice slow buildup to running, very well paced. I hope it brings you a lot of joy!

                Thanks, AnnieW . I have to take it slow but the treadmill work will be a nice addition to the rest of my workouts. I'm glad I got it before it gets too cold here.
