    Well AnnieW, surgery was the end of February and I started PT soon after. Then everything shut down, but I got exercise and resistance band information before the shutdown. As I started to improve, I began to look around for more that was safe for me to do. I'm so thankful to have stumbled upon Darebee. The doctors think I have made great progress and they are letting me go back to work on August 3. Of course, I'll still be home and keeping my routine. These last two months have been a godsend.

    TrompyNL , there is some overlap between Band It and Hammer (with resistance bands): Cross body reach == cross chops; upright rows in both - but expanding Band It by including the other 4 exercises of Hammer has been great.
