    I don't know either, kandy . The bands I am doing away with are Theraband brand that I got from my PT before the quarantine. Theraband doesn't give force amounts on their website, but it does give the color scale and black is second from the top.

        Balance was pretty good today. I am seeing some progress. Finally putting stretches in the right place, after the workout.

            I think 20 lbs is the right band tension for me right now. It pushes me a little but doesn't hurt.

            Went back tonight and did the Under 15 Minute Beginner Resistance Band Workout from ACHV Peak on YouTube. I hope my doctors don't tell me to stop using the resistance bands.

                            kandy , AnnieW thanks! I'm a productivity junkie, always in search of ways to work smarter but not harder. The Getting Results the Agile Way philosophy and approach is something that has really worked for me and every once in a while I go back through the bootcamp for a refresher and tune-up. Thinking about outcomes instead of tasks was a huge mind-shift for me.
