    Thanks to Miss_Dada , AnnieW , DorothyMH , WSMC27 for the good wishes! No, I am not symptomatic - my university is requiring periodic COVID tests for everyone, and this is my first of many. I think I am going to be tested every two weeks.

    In a bit of a rush this morning. Had to get out of the house for a 1-1 sneaker fitting for walking and eventually jogging. My feet are actually bigger than I thought they were.

    Band it (Level I @ 35 lbs. and 25 lbs.)
    Hammer (with weights replaced by resistance bands)

    Thanks kandy for the links and to you DorothyMH for the message. I'm 5 months post-surgery - the doctors say I'm about 80% of where I"ll be, but it won't be 100% of where I was before surgery. Doesn't matter! I still did the 3 minute plank!

    Personally it gets boring, too, besides the frustration...

    I started a little plank regimen. Last Sunday I did the Two Minute Plank workout and succeeded perfectly with the EC. Today I did it again but did each move for 30 secs instead of 20, so it became a "Three Minute Plank."

    Ultimately I want to get to "Six Minute Plank" or even seven (1 min side plank each side). There is a Five Minute Plank workout which consists of exactly the same exercise moves but with longer duration, and it's a difficulty 5, so 6 minutes should be a pretty cool level.

    It doesn't mean I will be able to do a 5-minute elbow plank even then, but it's still cool.
