Tough workout today. Adding Vitality really took a lot out of me and really affected the surgical consequences.

hc0381 , thanks for the note and the well wishes. I'm really enjoying the Darebee programs and I hope the doctors don't stop me when I talk to them on Thursday.
AnnieW , my wife and I love the Can-Am. It handles extraordinarily well, better than the Honda or Harley 3-wheelers that have 2 wheels in the back. We have taken rides all over the northeast US and up to Canada. We have taken 8 hour trips up to Nova Scotia (I drive, my wife rides). I highly recommend the Can-Am if you are looking for a 3-wheeler.
Note: The original Honda 3-wheeler is a Goldwing. They have since replaced the Goldwing 3-wheeler with a bike with 2 wheels in the front and calling it the Neowing. The Neowing suspension is different than the Can-Am Spyder and when you turn, you can actually lift one front wheel off the ground. Yikes!
