    AnnieW, kandy , yes the 2 minute abs is a good challenge. I feel the (slight) burn throughout the day. I break it up when I need to, but it's still a good challenge.

                I have been gone all too long. Recovery has been hard, especially with poor balance and when I fall. I am trying to come back this week. Today:
                • Tabata "skates" for 4 minutes
                • Balance board, 2 minutes each direction with reach exercise
                • Easy Cardio Challenge, Day 1
                • Balance board squats
                • TRX Bicep and Tricep curls (25 reps)
                • Push-up challenge, Day 1 (TRX)
                • TRX Balance exercise
                • TRX core exercise
                Great to be back. Here is hoping for no more physical setbacks.
