The 2-minute abs looks like a nice program. How do you like it so far?
AnnieW , I really like the 2-minute abs. It's really hard on some days; I fooled myself into thinking that I could do the 2 mins in one shot. WRONG. Then I thought I could do it in 1 min segments with a short rest. SOMETIMES. There are some days I have to do 4 @ 30sec segments. I can feel it in my abs all day long. I highly recommend the workout. Thanks for asking and sorry for the delay.
The semester has kept me so busy from logging, but not doing the hard work each morning. Playing a little hooky this afternoon to get caught up on the log. Very repetitive, I know. I always cut Mon and Thurs short so I have a few extra minutes to prepare my lectures.
Good to see you again. I’m happy you’re still going strong with the exercises. And thank you for your thoughts on the 2 minutes abs challenge. I’m adding that one to my list.

Thank you for sharing your experience on 2-minute abs, too. I know it's not an easy challenge, because time based abs is never for beginners, but I also didn't know if just that 2 minutes are going to get me anywhere, either. This is on my list now.
