    I think 20 lbs is the right band tension for me right now. It pushes me a little but doesn't hurt.

    Went back tonight and did the Under 15 Minute Beginner Resistance Band Workout from ACHV Peak on YouTube. I hope my doctors don't tell me to stop using the resistance bands.

    I really didn't want to work out today, but I feel so much better having done it...

    Balance was pretty good today. I am seeing some progress. Finally putting stretches in the right place, after the workout.

    I don't know either, kandy . The bands I am doing away with are Theraband brand that I got from my PT before the quarantine. Theraband doesn't give force amounts on their website, but it does give the color scale and black is second from the top.

    I don't know if the color code of resistance bands is universal. I have a black one (the only one I have), too, and it's pretty tough. Now I am using it for hamstring curls, not easy.

    Had to take it easy today. I really hurt myself yesterday with the band work - have to stay away from the black band for the time being.

    PM:
    Daily Dare (3 + 3 EC) --> 50 Daily Dare

    Surprise! The first package (of two) new resistance equipment arrived today. Now I have handles instead of scraping my skin and the tubes are color-coded by the force. I could not resist trying them.

    Band it (1 set @ 10 lbs, 4 sets at 15 lbs). Now I know where I am in terms of force, without stressing the spinal cord and scapula muscles and did level 3!

    I thought I went easy on Vitality today, but the neck exercises were still too much for me while still recovering.

    Band work was really challenging today. Can't wait for my new bands which are supposed to arrive FedEx on Monday!
