Yes, AnnieW , I started back to work today. Nothing really changed. I did my workout in the AM, 3 mile walk midday, and just finished my PM resistance band work. Work in between. I am still at home and get to talk to my staff via email and WebEx. How great it is to work in shorts and a t-shirt. After 5 months I think I have forgotten how to tie a tie and I know I forgot the password to the computer in my office.
