      Day 28 of 90 Days of Action, level 3, circuit
      Day 28 of 30 Days of Yoga
      Day 21 of the June challenge Punches & Squats (punches, got some good tips on how to punch better today)
      Day 6 of the Upper Body Light Challenge (rotations)
      Daily Dare with extra credit (side-to-side lunges)

      Walked with my SO to a terras for coffee and applepie, made a little detour on the way back, about 4 km.

      Time to add up my daily dares and consecutive days of exercise again: DD 26 EC 24 CDoE 96. Badge day here I come!

          Day 29 of 30 Days of Yoga
          Day 22 of the June challenge Punches & Squats (hindu squats)
          Day 7 of the Upper Body Light Challenge (taps & extensions)
          Daily Dare with extra credit (hollow hold), I was surprised by how easy that one was for me, thought I accidentally tapped 30 seconds in stead of 60, so did it again, still easy! Yay!

          13 run in the dunes, trails, sand, beach, brick road. It was a hot day and I had a lot of work to do, so I ran in the evening.

          I stopped quite a few times to look at animals and plants and take some photo’s.

          The plastic bag contains today’s ‘harvest’ from plogging. Lots of people seem to have a hard time putting their used tissues in a bin or in their pockets.

                DorothyMH Gross indeed. But it does help. When there’s nothing lying around, it stays clean. As soon as there’s trash lying, it grows like mad.

                Feels like a rest day today.

                  Day 1 of Yoga Abs Challenge
                  Day 24 of the June challenge Punches & Squats (hindu squats)
                  Day 9 of the Upper Body Light Challenge (taps and extensions)
                  Daily Dare with extra credit (up and down planks)

                  7x60 and 105 squats today. That’s 525. Whoa!

                  A 9 km run in the dunes. It was too hot already (i started at about nine in the morning) and I had promised myself a cup off coffee on the beach at half way point but forgot to bring my bank card. So no coffee and a pretty lousy run. Took some pictures of colourful flowers too cheer myself up.

                      Day 32 of 90 Days of Action, level 3, abs (I don’t like sit-ups)
                      Day 1 of Zero Hero
                      Day 2 of Yoga Abs Challenge
                      Day 25 of the June challenge Punches & Squats (punches)
                      Day 10 of the Upper Body Light Challenge (rotations)
                      Daily Dare with extra credit (climbers, needed a second try to get the EC)

                      We started Zero Hero today, because the 90 Days of Action are too much for my son. He’s 11 and has a medical condition that holds him back a bit. So we started Zero Hero with him, that’s a better fit. He finds the story part interesting. He also does the Yoga Abs Challenge with us, so he still gets quite a little workout in the morning. His condition has improved a lot in the last 3 months and he has a better posture. My wife and I stick to the 90 Days of Action. She does all kinds of additional stuff and I do my challenges and dares and the every-other-day running. For us this Is the upside of the lockdown.

                      Stats: DD 30 EC 28 CDoE 100, so badge day! Yay!
