                    LizardFriend95 Thank you! The speculaas is a very Dutch type of cookie, usually to be eaten in fall and winter. It’s super easy to make. The key to success is to add a little baking powder, and bake a few degrees lower than in the typical recipe and to keep in in the oven for a few extra minutes. And wait at least a day before eating, it’s better when wou wait a bit. After drawing the little monster I was so happy to have my drawing tablet out, I did a few more drawings, finished some old projects and started some new stuff. Very relaxing. I missed that. In the one and a half year that I’ve been working from home, I hardly got my drawing stuff out (because my desk is cluttered with work related items) and these last days I realised once again I missed drawing for fun.
