    I made a start with 12 of the Age of Pandora program - level 3, but I didn’t finish yet, bit of a tummy ache. (Does this have a relation to the Sunday bakeathon? No, of course not!) (Truth has a lot of faces and what’s not false isn’t necessarily true.)

      Day 12 of the Age of Pandora program - level 3 - 300 high knees and a circuit with 150 extra high knees and 150 basic burpees, oh … and I saved someone.

            Day 15 of the Age of Pandora program - level 3 - for travelling I did a 10 km hike with my son, that covered it pretty well, then I did 800 overhead punches and that hurt

            Today I planned bring in my bicycle for repair, but they declared it total loss (the bike is old, the braking system is complicated and the cost of the repair exceeds the value of the bike). My son and me had planned to leave the bike and walk back to our village, but now we had to take the bike back, so we had to opt for another walk. We walked along the beach and back through the dunes over a narrow trail. we don’t come that often in this part and it has some interesting wetland bits. The weather was great and we had a good time. We had gevulde koek as a reward and biked back home.

            Accidentally I put a threshold adjustment layer over the picture and I got a surprisingly great result
