My runs also go on the Noby Noby Runner collective challenge (I'm at 276,69 km now)

It was a long time ago I went for a run. But today was great. I made some pictures.

The crocus is a late blooming one called Crocus speciocus in Latin (the language used for scientific names for species). It's called herfstkrokus in Dutch: autumn crocus. It's not native, but there are patches of various kinds of bulbous flowers in the dunes, originating from times when fields in the dunes were used by farmers. Usually they did potatoes and leek (they were rather poor in this region) but occasionally also some flowers.

The colourful leaves are from a dauwbraam, the European dewberry.
