    Warning, may bring up cycling.. alot

    Adding this initially as a placeholder as im planning to start the Back & Core plan on monday, Its a rest week in my cycling training plan so as good a time to start as any!

    I may also post Zwift or strava workout details here so i have a record of the combination of workouts being done.

          for anyone interested i am currenly working through the following Cycling trainng plan (in week 3)

          have been looking for a way to share basic ride data but the strava widget seems to ignore virtual rides, so will just say yesterdays endurance ride ended up being:

            Todays ride was a freefide with the expectation of a 100 tss and to go for around 2 hours, so i picked the "Three Sisters" route and finished with the following.

            153

            An enjoyable route that took less time than i was expecting, but bacon tasted sooo good after completing it.
