    Breezy's Post Baby Body: Checking Ins

    I'm a busy mom to three kids, including a 3 week old. Now that I have the ok from my doctor to workout I want to get my pre-baby body back. To do that I must be consistent with my workouts and diet. Since the kids have been home since the pandemic started, finding solo time is my biggest challenge, but I'm committed to making it work and doing what I can.

    My goals for each month are to:

    1. Walk/Run atleast 4x a week
    2. Complete two 30 day programs
    3. Lower my carb and sugar intake

    My current weight: 186
    Goal weight: 135/140

    Day 1 starts now.
