                      Sunday September 13th
                      Today was a busy day. Started with bodybalance, then went to a friend to meet her newborn, next was a performance of my pianoteacher and a singer in a chapel (nowadays a concert hall) and finished with a relaxing evening with the fireplace lit, a lot of candles, tea and chocolate while watching the Hobbit part I. because it was international chocolate day.
                      ▪️ Program 60 days of cardio, day 27, lvl 1. 3 sets of 5x (10 split jacks + 4 plank alt arm/leg raise)
                      ▪️ Body balance 1 hour. Felt good, though my balance was disastrous. But: I didn't mind, which is a big improvement while doing something in a group (usually the things I do must be done perfect)

                      Weekly progress
                      Nutrition is weird. I'm eating a big salad during lunch, which could be my dinner. To keep my nutrition varied I need to cook other vegetables as well, but it's not necessary every day. Not sure how to log my food.. Maybe just quantity and quality for the whole day; no fast food/low fat intake, and enough vegetables/protein/carbs.
                      This week was recovery. Next week I'll try to pick things up again. Starting tomorrow with a very intense ab day
                      Most important goal for next week: keep the balance.

                        Okay.. The 'intense ab workout' in the gym wasn't as intense as promised. It was decent, if I look through the disappointment

                          A bit late reaction, but I love that piece of Yiruma's. One of my childhood friends who used to play the piano played it for us once when we met at her place. Beautiful recording and a great photo too!

                              Tonight I went to the final repetitions of a modern dance group, it was really beautiful, in the large church in the city, with a live string quartet. The audience had to stand the whole hour, and I am proud that I asked for a stool to sit on, even though I'm young
