    This time let's do it right...

    I've done Cardio Trim last 30-days, and now that I stared The Foundation, I have felt the first day so easy... you know, Cardio Trim is more intense!

    For this reason, I did 7 sets and just 1min to rest between sets.

    So, Day 1 - The Foundation, done!

      Day 2 - The Foundation... Done

      The exercise is not light, however, I did 7 sets... maybe I'm still on Cardio Trim rhythm...
      also, I did 20 push-ups because I felt energetic, this could be from the coffee...

          Okay, I've forgotten to do the daily log these days...

          Day 4 - Done

          Day 5 - Done

          Day 6 - Done + Daily Dare + Extra Credit

          Day 7 - Done + Daily Dare + Extra Credit

          all done in Lvl III (I'm a little surprise because I thought I couldn't do this on Lvl III)

                    once again, I'm late..,

                    The Foundation lvl 3

                    Day 16 - Done + DD , this day I had trouble with the dailydare 30 single leg deadlifts... I did in one go, but I had to stop many times to keep the balance...

                    Day 17 - Done + DD + EC

                    Day 18 - Done + DD + EC

                    Day 19 - Done + DD + EC

                    Day 20 - Done + DD + EC

                    well, sometimes I think that I'm doing this wrong... I don't believe that I can do this at Lvl 3...
                    I'm not so strong like that...

                      hahaha, Today I've been on time!

                      The Foundation:

                      Day 21 - Done + DD

                      You know, I'm not athletic enough to do the workout at level 3! Today I've read some posts in the hive because I have worried about doing everything right. I saw some posts telling that for each workout or program, these levels are different, so, I can't do level II on a strength workout but I can do a level III on cardio...
                      For this reason, I'm going to stop to worry about it, and just keep doing the workout at a comfortable level...
