Thanks, all! Anek, Gandhalfit, Joe76, SheWhoMustNotBeNamed, stephenphillips42, JCU, CarbonaraTamara, CODawn, Rissa, AnnieW, and NancyTree!

Gandhalfit, that emoji is definitely how plank rotations make me feel (unfortunately, I'm the bunny being knocked over, not the one doing the knocking!)

Rissa, I'm not sure I really want to be friends with plank rotations!

Arms of Steel - Day 27
CDT Colorado Virtual Hike - 52 minute walk outside (3.1 mi / 5.0 km)

I've decided to stop the Dead Hang Challenge, as I feel that I've hit a wall with it. I got to Day 25, and my longest non-stop hang was 1 min 30 sec. While I could keep pushing myself to get to 2 minutes, mentally I'm just over it. I'm happy with my progress to 1 min 30 sec, so I'm going to leave it at that.

Here are a couple photos from my walk today - the weather was nice where I was, but the eastern sky was looking very ominous.

      Dark clouds to the east

Arms of Steel - Day 30
CDT Colorado Virtual Hike - 45 minute walk outside (1.9 mi / 3.1 km)

Arms of Steel was a fun program and didn't require much time each day (it could definitely be used as an add-on program). The only thing I didn't like about it was the plank days, mostly because I hate plank rotations! I'm not sure I would repeat the main program, but I could see myself doing the Chair Edition if I wanted to do it again.

I got to see my dad today, without masks and without physically distancing for the first time since Feb 2020. He and his wife were not taking as many precautions as me and my husband, so I only saw him in person a few times during the past 15 months, and always outdoors, with masks, and keeping some distance. Now that we are all vaccinated, I feel safe spending time with him and hugging him again!

CarbonaraTamara, yes, as I was walking I kept wondering if those dark clouds were going to move in fast and drench me! Luckily they kept their distance and I just got to enjoy the drama from afar
