    - 30 Days of Strength - Day 6 (Level I) - Abs & Upperbody
    - Power Grip Challenge - Day 3 - 50 sec Clench/Unclench
    - Daily Dare - 40 Raised Leg Circles - Set 1: 29, Set 2: 11
    - 45 minute walk outside

    I modified the pull-up portion of today's program - I'm working on building up my flex hang time before moving on to negative pull-ups:
    Set 1: Flex hang, 7 sec
    Set 2: Flex hang, 5 sec
    Set 3: Flex hang, 6 sec

      - 30 Days of Strength - Day 7 (Level I) - Chest & Triceps
      - Power Grip Challenge - Day 4 - 50 sec Overhead Flex Hold
      - Daily Dare with Extra Credit - 20 Downward Upward Dogs (In One Go)
      - 40 minute walk outside

      I generally do incline push-ups, but since today's program had me also doing shoulder taps and a plank, I did knee push-ups so that I could move more seamlessly between exercises. I have the strength to do (some) knee push-ups, but they hurt my knees so I usually avoid them. Today I made sure to do them on carpet with a folded-up towel under my knees for padding, and that helped some. I still prefer incline push-ups, though (I can also do more of them and with better form). I've always struggled with push-ups, so it is definitely a goal of mine to build up to regular floor push-ups.

        - Daily Dare with Extra Credit - 2 Minutes Uneven Plank (In One Go)
        - 40 minute walk outside

        I really didn't think I was going to make it 2 straight minutes on that uneven plank, but I powered through and did it for the Extra Credit! Then I lay exhausted on the floor for 10 minutes waiting for my heart rate and breathing to return to normal...

            I was feeling a lot of anxiety today (about something small but my brain likes to spiral...) and I wasn't feeling particularly motivated to exercise beyond the 2 short walks I already did this morning and at lunchtime. But the thought of breaking my streak on all the things I've been doing daily, and of not having much to log here, were enough motivation for me to just go ahead and workout after dinner. It didn't completely distract me from my thoughts, but it did make me feel a bit better.

              I know how hard anxiety can be but you can be really proud of yourself for working out even though you didn't feel well. I hope you're feeling better soon.

                          I had a stressful weekend (which included multiple panic attacks) but I finally managed to calm down enough to Do The Thing that was the cause of my anxiety. I still managed to do my workouts as well, so I'm feeling pretty proud of myself. But I'm also exhausted and just ready for this day/weekend to be over. Tomorrow is a new day.

                            You can be really proud of yourself for doing the thing that caused your panic attacks. I know how hard that can be and how exhausted panic attacks can leave you. I hope you have a better week ahead of you and feel better soon. Take some time to rest, panic attacks are hard on your body and mind

                              I was still feeling a bit low-energy and headache-y today, so I decided to skip ahead to Day 16 (Stretching) of my program. Assuming I'm feeling up for it, I will complete Day 15 tomorrow. Rather than doing my walk around the neighborhood, today I went to a nearby nature preserve and walked there shortly before sunset. It was really beautiful and there were lots of birds flying around and calling to each other.

                              In other news, today marks my 15th consecutive day of working out!
