    I know what you mean about following people's threads. I get so behind because there are so many I follow that I have chosen just a couple of keep up with regularly and the rest I check out a little less often - not meaning to imply that any are of greater or lesser importance to me!! I've nearly caught up (from June!) and I daresay that some will fall behind again. I too was spending almost more time reading threads than working out. It's interesting and stimulating and heart-warming and - well, there's just that great sense of community here. But sometimes, even in the best of communities, you've got to spend a bit of time just with yourself. We'll see you around. Just perhaps not so often.

            Thanks everyone! I managed to do two 1 Minute HIIT things today so that was cool! I have definitely gotten weaker with push ups and I couldn't do the full 3 minute wall sit so I have some strength building to do.
