      Today was so hot again but thankfully it cooled down in the evening. As I've gotten on a step streak, I will start (and retroactively add) my step counts from my Fitbit.

                            TopNotch Fremen OK You got me. I just stuck with my work clothes and didn't go to the gym in the end. Though if I went in naked I'm sure they wouldn't have allowed me to work out anyways
                            Today I got kicked out since a sports team (field hockey) was using the part of the gym I wanted to use. So I only did a few squats. I think in the future I'm going to just work out at home to avoid these kinds of problems. They gym is starting to get busy again and the delta variant is increasing as well, so it seems wise to avoid crowded indoor spaces. Again

                              I did 3 days of 1 Minute HIIT today! Also I got a surprise boon and found some used equipment on sale online for about a third of the price it should have been
