    I went on a commuter rail for the first time today -- so I got a bit more walking in than usual. I managed to stretch while waiting for the train -- I think that is a habit I'll keep in the future (it's 'efficient')

          I wore my Fitbit and it recorded 170 "fat burn minutes" i.e. heart rate between 111 and 137 beats per minute. Basically moving stuff was not so bad that I got into the cardio range (138-170 BPM) but enough that I was pretty tired by the end of it. I am pretty tired now, Didn't have time to do the Daily Dare in all the moving but I definitely got in my workout today!

                    Today I did the first day of 1 Minute HIIT -- it was good! I need to get my workout setup in my new place -- I need to talk about maybe getting a wall hanging pull up bar, so that it can support more weight. But we shall see. With the Delta variant on the loose, I'm not sure if I will going to the gym anytime soon. Such a shame since i thought I might have been able to go again soon. Oh well

                      I have been sleeping in a bit so the mornings are a bit rushed. On the other hand, I actually go to campus to do my new job, so my step counts have gone from like 3000 steps a day on average to like 12000 steps a day on average which has been a nice change of pace (though I wish it had started in milder weather)

                          Today I was going to carry some of the last of my stuff from my old apartment over. I had a bit more stuff left over there than I thought so I could only carry part of it back, but I used a really big bag for it so it was like farmers walk but much longer. I didn't do very well so that's something I need to work on.

                              TheGrayLynx Indeed! This was a very practical application of functional strength.
                              Today I did some walking outside my 1 Minute HIIT and stretching but not much else. This week I got over 10000 steps every day throughout the day at my new job and new place so I think that's a win!
