    Today is back to one day at a time -- nothing much to report (other than my dragon push ups probably look pretty awkward). At the rate I'm going Saturday will be a lighter day so I might go running in the afternoon that day, but alternate running and walking, since I'm still trying to recover.

      I got sick last evening stomach bug of some sort ... so needless to say I didn't post here while recovering. But I did work out in the morning and after resting I feel better now. I couldn't manage two consecutive minutes of the tricep hold though for the DD (got to a minute and a half) so no EC.

                                Gah the number of push ups Military Fit expects you to do is a lot -- I may have lost count but I had to go a bit overtime to get the minimum 50 push ups they required. The high-knees and sit-ups were fine though.
