      As predicted Day 3 was a doozy. I tried to just do 30 second rests between the push up exercises but by the end that wasn't cutting it. I think in the future I'll just use this day as a push up work out. 180 push up variations in total! I was going to try to do more than one set of pull ups but decided 'nah it'll be fine' and just did one. Though I feel I did so much chest I need to balance out with some more back exercises.
