                            Another light day -- tomorrow I go back to strength training. I think starting January I will do Military Strength... I think I can do level 1 but we'll see how much I can handle by trying it.

                            Gérald Ah if you were to look like 10 pages back in my thread I did Physical Therapy and the Physical Therapist told me to do some in a set of exercises so I do one of these:

                            Typically I do the Single Leg Deadlifts or the Soleus Stretch on Wall. They are all to deal with my lack of flexibility and some muscle imbalances I have.

                              So I decided "why wait" and started Military Fit. The first day wasn't so bad... then I looked at day 3 and realized that doing 60 push up variations in a single circuit might be a bit much for me. So I will be doing more breaks and such on those kind of days. Hence I'm calling this "Military Fit 0.5" rather than just Military Fit Level 1. But might as well try.
