                        I still feel a bit of pain in my knees sometimes, but it's light. I got PT for this a while ago... and I thought it was better . I guess I've been doing much lighter versions of the PT exercises so tomorrow instead of strength work I'll do the full routine as opposed to the lighter version I've been doing everyday.

                                I am looking around and lots of people on Darebee are doing the Darebee Advent Calendar. I missed that completely, guess I wasn't paying attention with work related stuff this week -- a shame as it looks fun. I felt better today after my PT exercises so i think I'm going to have to keep this up for a while so that my joins can stop aching again. Tomorrow I plan on walking more.
