    Love the detail in your notes after each day. Those are some pretty advanced weight training exercises I spotted.

      I decided to try high reps low sets today and went all in on the high reps. My max push ups are down a bit, alas, but still pretty close to where it was at the end of the push up challenge.

      patwillwoo Thanks! I want to be able to measure progress, so the more details the better. I also wrote a Python script to help generate some of it (using that CS degree ) so I can focus on the personal notes part while still having all the details.
