I am Claude, I'm a swimmer (always been) and a swimming instructor. 🏊🏼♀️
I used to practice Qwan Ki Do (Sino-Vietnamese Kung Fu) and I still love martial arts/combat workouts. 🐉
I generally like training with my brother or my friends, may it be swimming, running or other kinds of activities, but I also appreciate working out by myself.
I've been using Darebee for a while now (mostly for single workouts), but I've only recently created an account. I really appreciate the atmosphere, the variety and quality of the workouts and how the site is run.
I will try to keep this log up to date to keep track of my workouts and my daily dares.
