Note about Pull-up challenge: I’ve started this challenge before but stopped after day 22. At that time sport facilities closed because of the lock-down. Swimming pools stayed open though. I was so relieved with that, I started swimming 4 and 5 times a week. Getting a lot of upper-body training, the pull-up challenge didn’t fit in anymore. Now, in the mean time, swimming pools and all other facilities have been closed for weeks and I start the challenge anew at a level that comes easy, that is day 11.
