Total abs - day 7 [skipped some days because of injury, will do later]
☑️ Get to bed in time Challenge - day 9 - Yesterday: Fri - Sa 23.30 - 8 hours sleep [couldn’t sleep though and got out of bed at night for an hour or two]
Recovery:
rotator cuff
Cycling, 40 minutes - 10 km - dark and beautiful scenery
