Addendum: Completed Day 1 of the De-Stress Challenge!
ishachan Welcome. I hope you enjoy your time here in the Hive. It's nice to dip in and grab any workout that takes your fancy. You might also like to have a look at the programmes - they can be fun. Try Baseline or Foundation Light for a start. Feel free to add workouts or challenges to do along with them. Anything goes here, really, and if you need suggestions or advice, just shout out. 5 April 2020: Completed the Day One workout at level 2! With extra credit!

Completed Day 5 of the De-Stress Challenge! Only 25 left lol
Also 50 squats and 20 push-ups throughout the day.
6 April 2020: Completed Day 6 of the De-Stress Challenge
Instead of sticking to one workout, I finished 2 sets of the Rookie workout and 1 set of the Memento Mori workout. The step-jacks started to feel a little silly
Then I chased my dog around the yard so I guess that counts as cardio? lol
7 April 2020: Completed Day 7 of the De-Stress Challenge!
Finished the Plan B workout at level 1 and the Cookie workout for 1 cookie. :3
And today marks a consecutive week of exercise for me. 7 days ina row!
